To promote health and safety, GRECO has established various health and safety policies

    To establish, maintain and prolonged improvement to a effective safety & health management system, which conforms with laws, regulations, and the company in providing a safe and health working environment.
     

  • “ Philosophy ”

    Employees are the key element to safety & health, thus every individual must prioritize & examine their safety & health first, then taking the correct precautionary measures to avoid creating danger to employees, equipment, company and environment.

“ 8 Principle ”

  • Safety is the prerequisite requirement in employment.
  • Absolute obedience on safety & health regulations, directors must set themselves as role model and supervise their best.
  • Ensuring safety & health is every individual’s duty, then immediately communicate, guidance, restrain and report for handling those whose concept or actions that do not conform with safety & health standards.
  • Manufacturing project’s design and set up must be according to the company acceptable standard.
  • Manufacturing project must first pass safety assessments before operation.
  • Confirm entire level personnel have taken the appropriate training, and possesses the ability to carry out all kinds of work in ensuring safety & health.
  • When encountering work abnormalities, it must be immediately reported and the best resources must be seek in straightening it out.
  • All accidents must be immediate & honestly reported, correct the problem rapidly, then preventing it from happening again.

Environment Policy

By Conforming to the environmental laws and the corporate codes, Greco is committed to Carbon reduction, pollution prevention, and the development of green products and services

Based on the corporate principle of “Respect life & Safety first”, for the last 20 years GRECO has been actively engaged in the research and development as well as the promotion of green products in an effort to effectively reduce harm to the human body and the environment.

GRECO has been promoting water-based bonding solutions to its customers for over twenty years, which has not only significantly reduced the volatilization of organic solvents in the environment but has also greatly improved the health of the employees, the working environment, as well as increasing production performance. GRECO, from the beginning, has been committed to being a pioneer in the development of green technology, and will continue to promote green products as well as increase the environmental friendliness and safety of its products.

 

In order to maintain self-growth and sustainable development, GRECO values production and environmental protection equally, while upholding the spirit of continuous improvement under the environment management system of ISO14001.

In 2001, GRECO established the environment management system. And in 2002, passed the Lloyd’s Registration (LRQA) ISO14001 environment management system standards certification. Moreover, the company has demonstrated great efforts and has received great recognition in all sectors regarding the source management of the main raw materials, promotion of energy saving and carbon reduction, prevention of air pollution, water resource management , water pollution prevention, and waste control.
